Anusara Yoga® Classes with Nora Maskey
Explore yoga in an uplifting, supportive environment that will
allow you to deepen your understanding of the asanas (poses) and,
by extension, yourself. All categories of poses will be taught in
a way that invites you to tap into the source of your strength and
flexibility both on your yoga mat and off. These registered
classes typically run for 8-week sessions from September to June.
You are welcome to join us at any time as long as space remains in
the classes but early registration is recommended as classes do
fill up. Class listings, dates and complete registration

These classes are open to students of all levels
and ideal for who have some previous yoga experience. Postures will
be selected from all 3 Anusara syllibi, with options and variations
presented to meet the needs of practitioners of varying levels of
experience and ability.
Tuesdays, 7:30-9:00 pm
Thursdays, 1:30-3:00 pm
Saturdays, 9:15-10:45 am
Anusara Advanced Practice
This upbeat, challenging class is designed for
experienced yoga practitioners who have no serious physical
limitations. Students enrolled in this class should be able to push
up from the floor into Urdhva Dhanurasana (full back bend) and kick
up into Adho Mukha Vrksasana (hand stand) at the wall. This class
will include timed holds and more inversions and hand balancings
than the All Levels classes.
