Sweeten your Saturdays with this Anusara-Inspired™ yoga
class offered by Caroline Sereda. Anusara Yoga™ is known for being a
highly accessible and uplifting style of yoga where you can expect to
be safe through attention to alignment, while connecting to your heart
and mind on a deeper level.
In this class series Caroline is drawing on
inspiration from a closer look at the Yamas and Niyamas as
guidelines for living a good life. These guidelines originate in
the eight limb path of yoga as set out by Patanjali, and Caroline will
explore their value and meaning in our day-to-day reality from the
tantric perspective that the we and the world are essentially good.
Each week one or two of these will set the theme for the practise, with a
unique physical focus and selection of poses offered to compliment and
enrich each class. This
class is intended for all levels.
