SADHANA SUNDAYS
Join us at the World Tree Studio on the second Sunday of every month
from 5:00 - 7:00 AM for Sadhana and yogi tea. This is a free event and
everyone is welcome.
Sadhana is a Kundalini Yoga practice that takes place in the "amrit
vela" or sacred hours of the morning. It involves a light kriya followed
by an hour of chanting meditation.

About Bryanne (Hari Dass Kaur)
Bryanne Miller is a Level 1 Internationally Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Believing that the key to wholeness is love, Bryanne has done extensive work on creating a loving and nurturing relationship with herself. She has participated in numerous workshops and alternative therapies that have helped her to understand the journey to self-love. Through Kundalini yoga, Bryanne continues to cultivate and expand her capacity for love and is dedicated to helping others do the same. She works to inspire women on their healing paths to form healthy and compassionate relationships with themselves.
