Laughter Yoga
Laughter benefits the
circulatory, respiratory, cardio-vascular and immune systems of the body and is
truly one of the best medicines available.
We use a series of playful, interactive exercises designed to stimulate
laughter, which soon turns into real and contagious laughter.
This 6 week program provides a supportive opportunity
for adults to release stress and to experience being joyful and playful. A cardiac workout is also provided, while
the stomach, abs, back and pelvic muscle groups are all worked.Laughter and yogic breathing (Pranayama)
serve to heal the body. Appropriate for
all ages and physical abilities.

Session starts:
Saturdays May 7th to June 18th (no class
May 21st) 2:30pm-3:30pm
Thursdays May 12th to June 16th 8:00pm-9:00pm.
SUMMER SESSION:
4 week Laughter Yoga Series
Saturdays 2:30- 3:30 pm
$40 or register with a friend and each save $5

BIO:
Noelle has practised a variety of styles of
Yoga for over a decade. Her diverse
background includes: National and International
work travel, a B.F.A in Drama, E.S.L Communications
Leader, Instructional Leadership in Mental Health and Addictions, Street
Shelter Support Worker, Program Film Acting Mentor, Independent Filmmaker, Immigrant
and Refugee Volunteer, Lay Counsellor and Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. All areas have included much laughter as a
natural root support and universal language fostering human connection,
releasing stress, and empowering healing on many levels. Having always been known for her many laughs,
certifying as a Laughing Yoga Leader in March 2010 was simply a perfect next
step on the path of life! She (meā¦hahaha), has been flourishing ever since, leading herself and
