Kundalini Yoga for Disordered Eating: Feeding the Mind, Body and Spirit

If you struggle with food and body image, chances are you are not fully connecting with your body or your true self. This 9 week yoga session is designed to serve as a sharing and support circle for those whose relationship with food and/or their bodies is hindering them from manifesting their highest potential. Over the course of our journey together, we will:

 
 

·         Work with movement, breath and mantra to challenge destructive patterns, reactions, and circular thinking around food

·         Create a safe internal environment in which to explore our emotions

·         Develop a kind and compassionate relationship with our bodies by being emotionally present

·         Cultivate loving-kindness towards ourselves

·         Bring consciousness to our behaviours around food and/or body image

(2nd story studio, back entrance).

Time: 7:30 – 9:00 pm (90 min)

Dates: Wednesdays, January 11th – March 14th (no class February 15th)

Investment: $135 + GST
