YOGA FOR MUSICIANS

AUTUMN SESSION SEPTEMBER - DECEMBER
Gently
release the effects of static postures, chronic muscle tension and repetitive
use with yoga designed for musicians by a musician. Side benefits may
include relaxation, improved concentration and increased creativity. Private
sessions are also available.

completed the 600-hour yoga teacher training program through the Yoga Centre of
Calgary in 2003. The material she teaches is a synthesis of her studies
and the development of a yoga practice that supports the unique demands of a
musician.
