This breath synchronized movement creates a flow moving from one posture to the next on an inhale or an exhale.Vinyasa Yoga has a lot of variety which helps to create a sacred space for the practitioner to feel open to the experiential learning process and the innate wisdom within themselves. Practising the flow through prana or the life force at your own pace gives you the freedom to love the process and the space between postures as well as a deeper understanding and relationship with your own breath. There is a comprehensive series of conditioning movements and body scans that will help to relax and calm the mind and open the body.
